Crepe Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 whole milk, room temp
3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
dash cinnamon

Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, salt, milk, butter, vanilla & cinnamon
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to one day

Heat a 8 inch non-stick griddle over medium heat
Lightly coat with butter
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto center of skillet, tilting & swirling
Cook until edges lift the pan, about 2 minutes
Lift one edge of crepe with a spatula and gently flip

Add your favorite filling and enjoy!
